How we handle your information.

Who we are. This website is operated by Rotational Torque Design Solutions Ltd, trading as RTD Solutions, registered in England and Wales, company no. 16206249. PRAFIRA is our inspection process and application. We are the data controller for information collected through this site. Contact: inspections@prafira.co.uk.

What we collect. When you request a quotation or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, work email address and telephone number, the site address and access notes, and details of the assets to be inspected. When you log in to the PRAFIRA platform we hold your account details and the inspection records for your organisation's assets.

Why we use it. To prepare and send your quotation, to schedule and carry out inspections, to issue reports, to administer your account and to respond to your enquiries. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performance of that contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

Who we share it with. Service providers who host this website, our email and the PRAFIRA platform, under contract and only to provide those services. We do not sell your information and we do not share one client's inspection data with another.

How long we keep it. Quotation requests that do not proceed are kept for twelve months. Inspection records are part of the asset's permanent history and are retained for as long as we provide services to your organisation, and afterwards as required by law.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by emailing inspections@prafira.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies. This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to work, including to keep you logged in to the platform. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
