Water industry assets run for years without anyone seeing the plant beneath the water. Draining or entering an asset to look is disruptive and expensive, so it is rarely done, and defects are found only when something fails.
PRAFIRA changes that: a complete engineering assessment of the asset, above and below the water, while it stays in service, with every result recorded so that deterioration is measured, not guessed.

Nothing is estimated that can be measured. Levels, geometry, wear and component dimensions are recorded against a datum.
Assess
Every capture is interpreted by an engineer and graded. The report says what condition the asset is in and what to do first.
Monitor
Each inspection is compared with the last. The rate of change is what tells you when to act.
